- At home turf, the visitors are on rich vein of form the last time they tasted defeat in front of the home crowd was back in August.
- Fenerbahce run of 23 games without defeat was brought to an end over the weekend despite taking the an earlier lead they ended up losing 3-1 and would want to avert revenge in this cup tie with the final palace up for grab.
- On the road, the visitors were unbeaten in their last 15 travels prior to their weekend defeat.
- That said, this could be a crunch of the game with both side knowing this could be the only chance for silverware this season while Fenerbahce have revenge on their mind. A draw won’t be ruled out here but the home side head into this one slightly favorite.
